Our Founder
A visionary philanthropist and trailblazing entrepreneur, Jessica Cristobal is the Founder + CEO of Leading Ladies League, a curated a global network of powerhouse women who strive for Connection, Collaboration & Community Impact. A seasoned Publisher & President of an award-winning portfolio of luxury magazines, she is also the best-selling author of The Leading Ladies Guidebook, a universal blueprint for women of all ages to unlock their full potential. Further spreading her platform of philanthropy, she was awarded the coveted RockStar Award from Miami Women Who Rock and crowned Mrs. Florida International in 2025. As the First Lady of UM Football, she and her husband of 20 years, Hurricanes Head Coach Mario Cristobal, and their two sons, are rooted in enhancing communities and giving back.
